My favorites are Shawshank Redemption for drama, Tommy Boy for comedy. The Passion is a life changer. I also like actors such as Cary Grant, John Wayne, Ashley Judd, Jessica Lange, JoHn Kusak, Kevin Costner, Mel Gibson, Tom Selleck, Tom Hanks or Harrison Ford. I watch a few flicks a week and find that Sean Penn is surprising Unknown cover bands at a nice local place or open air with small crowds. Some country, most old rock, Dave Mathews, The Dead &; Govn’t Mule (thanks Clay!). BTW, The days of me traveling to shows, are long gone. I also like Gospel, Standards, some Jazz and even classical on occasion. I had a rap phase, PE thru 3rd bass, I’m looking for more harmony now. I haven’t time to keep up. (Note my lame reference 3rd bass) I trust meeting new people here will help keep me as up to date as I need to be. Non-Fiction &; History. I’m a sucker for new ideas on social trends and productivity. I’m careful to learn what I can but also dismiss much of what I read if I think the principals of the author are not in line with mine. Recent books; The Dream Giver, The Tipping Point, reread the 7 habits, Living the simple life and a few children’s books for reference. Several collections of fables and 3 books about or by Theodore Roosevelt. On Deck: Zane Grey – Tales of freshwater fishing Theodore Roosevelt Ranch life and his letter collection. Men in Black, about the supreme court, I should add Will Smith to my movie favorites.
I am a child of God with no fear or hate. If I remember to always trust him and ask him about it, his mission for my life will be revealed. I know our Love for one another is something we must be very innocent or mature to understand, I’m still working on it.
